Tuna & couscous salad with sriracha mayo – 385 Calories

  • 1 can tuna in water, drained (100g)
  • 50 grams couscous
  • 50 grams cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 5 slices red onion
  • 30 grams mayonnaise, reduced fat
  • 15 grams sriracha sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 50ml boiling water

  1. In a small bowl, add a little salt to the couscous with the boiling water, mix well, cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes (see notes)
  2. Meanwhile, blend the mayonnaise with the sriracha, sesame seeds, lemon juice to taste and the water
  3. Use a fork to fluff up the couscous and serve in the bowl with the salad garnishes, top with the tuna and dressing


  • You could add a little smoked paprika or cumin to the couscous when adding hot water to add flavor
  • If you don’t have sriracha, any other hot sauce is ok. If you don’t like hot sauce, don’t add any!
