Pepperoni Pizza – 380 Calories

  • 40g flour
  • 40g 0% fat yoghurt
  • Pinch baking soda
  • 70g blended tomatoes
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch basil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 15g pepperoni slices
  • 40g mozzarella, grated 
  • Pinch chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the yoghurt and baking powder until well combined, roll into a ball and leave in the bowl, covered for 15-20 minutes
  2. Mix the tomatoes, basil, onion and garlic powder together in a bowl, season to taste with salt & pepper
  3. Lightly dust a surface with flour then roll the dough out until it’s thin and round
  4. Pre heat a large pan and when smoking hot, cook the dough for a minute each side
  5. Top the pizza base with the tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni and some chilli flakes and cook in a pre heated over at 390 farenheit for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted
