Garlic Shrimp Open Lasagne – 502 Calories

  • 4 lasagne sheets (70g)
  • 100g shrimp, peeled and de veined 
  • 15g butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 
  • Chili to taste, optional 
  • 50g peas, fresh or frozen 
  • Squeeze lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped 
  • 5g parmesan cheese, grated

  1. Cook lasagne sheets in boiling salted water
  2. A few minutes before the pasta is cooked, heat the butter in a medium size pan over and fry the garlic, chilli and shrimps for a minute
  3. Add the cooked pasta and a few tablespoons of the water
  4. Add the peas, parsley, squeeze of lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper, mix well
  5. Serve in a bowl and top with grated parmesan cheese
