Chicken With Mango & Habanero Salsa – 508 Calories

- 300g chicken drumsticks, skin on
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 2 habaneros, or less if you prefer
- 1 clove garlic
- 15g onion
- 100g ripe mango
- 15 mint leaves
- 3g ginger, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- 2-3 tbsp water

Instructions
- Pre heat air fryer to 380 fahrenheit
- Mix the chicken with the smoked paprika, onion & garlic powder, season with salt
- Air fry or roast for 10 minutes, turn them then cook for 15-20 minutes more until cooked
- Meanwhile, dry roast the onion, garlic and habanero in a dry pan until blackened
- Add them to a blender with the mango, mint, ginger, honey & water and blend
- Season to taste with salt. If it’s too thick, add a little extra water
- Serve on a plate with the spring onion on top and salsa on the side
NOTES
- You can use skinless chicken to reduce calories
- You can use less or no habanero if you don’t like spicy
