Baked Oats With Berries – 394 Calories

Calories: 394kcal (per portion)

Carbs: 74g | Protein: 11g | Fat: 6g

  • 90g pear, diced small (approx 1/2 pear)
  • 150ml vanilla almond milk, low fat
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 50g oats
  • 100g frozen berries
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder 
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 40g low fat yoghurt

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees or 360 Fahrenheit
  2. In a small pot, add the almond milk, cinnamon, cocoa, honey and pear, cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes until the pears have softened then turn off heat
  3. Add the oats and half the berries, mix well and transfer to a small ovenproof dish and top with the remaining berries
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  5. Serve with the yoghurt on top


  • I recommend serving with a protein shake on the side to increase the protein
