Turkey bacon, mushrooms and sourdough – 363 Calories

  • 100g mushrooms, quartered
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 60g avocado (half a medium avocado)
  • 1 slice sourdough (60g)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch chilli flakes, option
  • Lime juice, to taste
  • 20g panela cheese, crumbled (see notes)
  • 1 spray oil

Instructions

  1. Pre heat air fryer or oven to 400 fahrenheit
  2. Spray the mushrooms with the oil, add the onion & garlic powder and mix well then place in the basket & cook for 5 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, crush the avocado, add lime juice and salt to taste
  4. Once the mushrooms are almost cooked, add the turkey bacon to the basket and cook for 4-5 minutes or until a little crispy
  5. Toast the bread and top with the avocado, bacon, mushrooms and cheese and sprinkle over some chilli flakes

NOTES

  • You can use the air fryer, oven or grill to cook the mushrooms and bacon
  • Panela cheese is a Mexican cheese, you can replace it with another low calorie option
