Stir fried shrimp noodles – 492 Calories

Ingredients

  • 100 grams shrimp, peeled & de veined
  • 50 grams bell peppers, sliced thin
  • 100 grams courgettes, sliced thin
  • 3 dry chilies, optional
  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 scallion, finely sliced
  • 60 grams noodles
  • 40 grams teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles in boiling salted water
  2. Meanwhile, fry the peppers & courgettes in the sesame oil for 2 minutes
  3. Add the shrimp, garlic and dried chillies, cook for 2 minutes
  4. Add the teriyaki sauce, cooked noodles and a little of the water from the noodles, mix well
  5. Season to taste with salt or soy sauce and serve with the scallions on top

NOTES

You could use chicken or beef if you prefer
