Oatmeal & Strawberry Jam – 273 Calories

- 45g oats
- 220ml water
- 100g strawberries
- 0 cal maple syrup, to taste
- 60g yoghurt, 0% fat
- 10g strawberry protein powder
Instructions
- Add the oats, water and a little 0 calorie sweetener to a bowl with a pinch of salt and microwave for 3-4 minutes, stirring every minute
- Meanwhile, add the strawberries to a pot with a little 0 calorie maple syrup, cook over a medium heat and crush them, once thickened, adjust sweetness
- Mix the yoghurt and protein powder together until smooth
- Taste the oats and adjust sweetness then transfer half to a small container or bowl, add the jam to the middle then the remaining oats on top and put in the fridge to cool
- Top with the yoghurt and a little chopped strawberry
NOTES
- You can cook oats in a pot
- You can use any 0 calorie sweetener
- You can blend the strawberries then cook them, it’s a little quicker
- It can be eaten hot or cold and also made the night before
