  • 130g white fish fillet
  • 70g green beans, trimmed
  • 10g butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 dried chilli, finely sliced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Lime wedge


  1. Steam green beans
  2. Meanwhile, season fish & fry in the butter for 1-2 minutes each side over a medium heat
  3. Once the fish is half cooked, add the garlic and chilli to the pan with the lime wedge
  4. Once cooked, add the parsley & squeeze the lime over the fish
  5. Serve on the plate with the green beans
