Flatbread Chicken Pizza – 490 Calories

Para la masa
  • 40g flour
  • 40g yoghurt, 0% fat
  • Pinch baking soda 
  • Pinch salt
Para la salsa
  • 70g blended seasoned tomatoes 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch dry basil or a few shredded leaves 
  • Dried chilli flakes, optional 
Topping
  • 35g grated mozzarella cheese, low fat
  • 40g bell pepper, sliced 
  • 100g chicken breast, skinless 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 50g cherry tomatoes, cut in half 
  • 1 spray of oil

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 380 fahrenheit
  2. Spray the chicken with a little oil, add 1/2 tsp onion & garlic powder, season with salt and place on a baking tray with the peppers and cook for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked
  3. Meanwhile, add the flour to a bowl with the yoghurt, basking soda and a pinch of salt, mix well with a spoon then use hands to form a ball. Put back in the bowl, cover and leave for 15 minutes
  4. Mix the ingredients together for the sauce
  5. Lightly dust flour on a surface then roll the dough using a rolling pin adding a little flour if needed so it doesn’t stick. Keep rolling until you have a thin base.
  6. Heat a large frying pan and once smoking hot, cook the pizza base for a minute each side
  7. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza base, top with the sliced cooked chicken and peppers, the cherry tomatoes and cheese then bake at 380 for 8-10 minutes
