Buffalo Prawns – 256 Calories

- 110g prawns, de veined and butterflied
- 60g broccoli
- 100g peppers, diced
- 60g mushrooms, diced
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp buffalo hot sauce
- Chilli flakes, optional
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 5g ginger, minced
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- Tbsp coriander
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Fry the mushrooms, peppers, spring onion & broccoli for 2 minutes
- Add the garlic, ginger & prawns and cook for 30 seconds
- Add the soy sauce, buffalo sauce, honey and chilli and cook for 1-2 minutes or until prawns are cooked
- Add the chopped coriander, mix well and serve
- Sprinkle over the sesame seeds, some spring onion and serve with a piece of lime
NOTES
- You could change the prawns for chicken, fish, beef or pork
